Fly fishing for for Sailfish in Costa Rica February 2006

This February, I spent a week fishing for Sailfish in Costa Rica with my good friend Shawn Macfarlane. I have fished for Tarpon in Costa Rica but this was my first time to fish for Sailfish on a fly. It was an incredible experience to cast big top water poppers at these huge sails!
